Refund Policy lets organizers set their own refund policies. If the event you registered for has a refund policy, you’ll find it posted on the event listing where you registered. Not all organizers set a refund policy, so if you don’t see a refund policy posted on the event listing or your order confirmation, you can simply submit a refund request. Since we can’t issue refunds on behalf of organizers, our goal is that organizers and attendees resolve any refund requests on their own. “No Refunds” means that the event organizer does not grant refunds for this event. You can still submit a refund request for your order, but it’s at the organizer’s discretion whether or not they want to issue a refund.
